MDS 9124 LINK FAILURE
Hi I just wondering why the event shows 2xtimes for down,and 1xtime for up only..Appreciate if any expert out there can explain me on this

good observation, i have no idea why but i see the same thing on my switches

and the first 2 msgs are 85 seconds apart. It doesn't make sence. But the 2nd msg is at the same time the int comes back up, so perhaps it has something to do with the int coming back to life? I'd suggest trying to shut down a host, see what happens and wait for 5 minutes or so and boot the host again. I suspect when the int comes back up you'll get 1 int down msg and 1 int up msg.
