i can't think of any native tools, could be a scripting project.  Export VSAN zoneset to a file and then parse it with perl and turn it into something like this (brocade config file)

alias.hp_msa04_a2:21:70:00:c0:ff:da:d8:0a

alias.hp_msa04_b1:24:70:00:c0:ff:da:d8:0a

zone.oracle1_hba1_hp_msa01:hp_msa01_a1;hp_msa01_b1;oracle1_hba1
zone.oracle2_hba1_hp_msa07:hp_msa07_a1;hp_msa07_b1;oracle2_hba1

I am not sure if you are using DCFM to manage your Brocade but in DCFM that format is XML
