SCv3020: RAID errors have been detected on the system - reported only by Cloud-IQ

Dear all,

I´m getting an Cloud-IQ Error for an SCv3020 Storage (Firmware 7.5.10.12) with "RAID errors have been detected on the system."  DSM and Unisphere for SC does not report any health issue. Support Contract has been already expired, does maybe anyone have an idea how to solve this issue? I already tried to delete and re-add the Storage to Cloud-IQ...

I would suggest first you confirm if there is any indication of an actual issue on the unit itself, beyond that then you will likely need to call in, as it will require direct reviewing of the logs to identify the issue and to work to resolve it. 

You can also work with other community members here, but we wouldn't be able to.
