Iam an Compellent Admin (and Dell/VMware Partner) and helped our customers to survive from a ransomware attack with the help of the snapshots.
You should enable the "pause snapshot expiring" right now!
Btw: Dell have a Emergency Incident Response & Recovery Team 24/7. incident.recovery@dell.com
