Ok.... the HBA355e is the one for 15Gen Poweredge like R750/650.
Driver Windows 2019:
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER07800512M/2/SAS-Non-RAID_Driver_YCHJ6_WN64_2.61.29.02_A02_01.EXE
FW:
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER07792683M/2/SAS-Non-RAID_Firmware_XVFG9_WN64_17.15.08.00_A01_01.EXE
No.. it will not effect your RAID (H330).

With "4-port SAS Cable Port" you mean a break out cable and you have not a 4 port Card? I ask because the "Dell 12Gbps SAS HBA" should be the standard dual port HBA and normaly you need a standard one-to-one cable to connect your devices to that HBA.
Iam not aware of a #PN for a 4 Port Cable. I have seen such a cable in an HPE environment.

You see a error within Dell Storage Manger (for Compellent) or within the Windows OS? Do you have connected a Compellent SAN and your Tape to your Poweredge Server?
Note: In the past, with the old 6Gbit SAS HBA as soon as you have a Tape/Library connected no other devcies where supportet/allowed. Not sure about the new 12G four port HBA.
You may post in the wrong forum section. If possible send a screenshot.

You should describe or send a foto of your SAS HBA. The already installed Dual Port 12G SAS HBA is the right one for a 14Gen. Server.
If you have installed OMSA or a iDRAC Enterprise you can take a look into the HW Inventory to identify the Card,

@Origin3k
Yeah I checked in IDRAC there are two adapters
Dell HBA355e Adp is 4-Port for Tape-Library
Dell 12Gbps HBA is 2-Port for Backup server
& I also Searched for the driver of Dell HBA355e only
"SAS-Non-RAID_Driver_YCHJ6_WN_2.61.29.02_A02.EXE" is coming , so that is compatible with my system ?? Do this NON-RAID Driver break RAID Configuration ??
