Need Dell's out of warranty support for SC4020 iSCSI reset password task

Hello,

If the administrative user name and password have not been changed, use the defaults:

Default user name is admin.

Default password is admin mmm

If the password is lost, the administrative password can be reset through physical access using a special procedure only available by contacting Dell Storage Support.

The default hardcoded administrator Account for every SC is named "Admin" with an uppercase A.

At least one procedure (the one with the USB Stick) is well documented as a Dell KB. We have  SC 2000,3000,4020,5000 and fore sure the procedure works for the 2000 aka Maverik and IIRC i used it for the 4020 also. Whats not documented if different procedures for different SCs exisits.

In the end, I contacted Dell Support and asked them to check, the result was that the device was faulty and needed to be reinstalled from scratch, which required the purchase of a task deloy that cost thousands of dollars. So I have to leave the device as a paper stand (if I can bring it to the table ).
