BSD TOP CONTROLLER
Good day,
I have the two dell compellent SCV3020 setup as primary and secondary. Primary sync data to the secondary. Lately i have been getting the below error:
[auth_sc:error] [pid 88459:tid 34517191936] [88459] : [80] : cache_create_entry: [12444933]already exist.(logs)

Was wondering if someone had this issue before

Hello,
It seems storage on secondary unit (backup) is unhappy with something from the main unit. Might be helpful if you contact with your local supportline. The compollent team may have a know-how to fix things safely. If you try things on your own at this stage it can be risky.
Always back up your data before attempting any troubleshooting steps that could potentially lead to data loss.
