CloudIQ: storage prediction

I cannot see some of the tabs that should be in CloudIQ for example capacity tab so i can see storage prediction, and i don't have time to fill column or the option to add time to fill column

I'm using UnityOS version 4.5.0.0.5.096 from 1/03/2019 should i upgrade the software or is the problem with something else.
