Unable to destroy the virtual disk

Hello!

I have EMC AX4-5

When i'm trying to delete virtual disks (needed to delete pool) i've got a message:

The destruction of the virtual disk failed. Unable to destroy the virtual disk 'Virtual Disk 1'. The unbind operation has failed; the virtual disk may be private.

I never work with EMC AX4-5 before. Could you give me advice how to delete virtual disks? I need to clear entire system.

I have some errors :

From the warnings in the screen cap it appears you have failed hardware, that probably prevents you from destroying the virtual disks. This would indicate that you need to the fix the hardware issues first. I see a hot spare in use which probably means one of the physical disks has failed/ The other errors seem to point to a possible storage processor failure as well.

The last error says to look at the alerts on the Attention Required page - see what those are indicating.

You probably dont know which lun of AX owns that virtual disk and also which SP owns that lun. Also the Hot spare active does mean a HDD failure, but cant say if that is from the same lun on which virtual disk is premised.

Suggest you to try restarting management server on both SPs [this is no disruptive].
