Please open a service request for this issue, usually these are not trivial issues to resolve and would be beyond the scope to resolve
0x712D8154 indicates an error in the underlying private luns that make up the pool
There can be many causes of this including cache lost, double faulted raid groups etc

Thank you Gearoid for your answer,
But i can't, our contract not signed yet for this enclosure. It takes more time.
I need to recover 2 critical LUNS. just 2 luns. How can i do that?
Please help me Gearoid.
Thank you again

You should reach out to your EMC sales team. If the support contract has not been renewed, their might be an arrangement they can make behind-the-scenes. Also, Sales can help get a time-and-materials charge in place, so that Support can assist you. Reach out to your team and see what they can do for you.
Good luck!

Hello Karl and Gearold,
Our request is denied such a difficult moment (critical data were blocked).
They said only by contract.
We are deeply disappointed in EMC.
Despite the many years of cooperation doing like this.
We are successfully recovered pool and later LUN's using naviseccli, mlucli and other tools.

Hi Jack,
we're having the exact same problem and we are looking to destroy the Offline LUNs.
Could you be so kind to share the steps you have taken either here or via private message?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
As already told by Gearoid, this issue is beyond the scope of the forums, as it requires in depth log analysis and sometimes the internal engineering team also have to work.

Raj

i´ve managed to bring back online my storagepools and the luns inside.
here´s how:
first go to to http://spa/setup http://spb/setup
then add your ip to the SET ADMINISTRATION ACCESS RESTRITIONS
then open https://spa:9519 (its a logmein connection) clariion1992 user and pw
open navicli , it starts a cmd console, then type flarecons
you´ll get a prompt fcli> then
type acc -m 1
then the command cld (number of the lun, ie, cld 5 ) try every lun you got, you´ll probably have to get into the other SP and try cld as the lun might be there.
it might work or not, it might destroy or not, you´re at your own. i only tried this when i had no more options
