Need firmware for CX3-80

I've pretty much exhausted my official resources.  Recently we had a storage controller fail with one still running.  We've got the failed storage controller working again, but we need to install the firmware.  I contacted Dell and they said the firmware no longer exists.  

I'm looking for FLARE 3.26.80.5.032 (or newer) to match the current controller's revision.  I realize any software I find will be without warranty or guarantees, but I'm getting desperate.  I was able to find 3.26.80.5.020.  

Any help would be appreciated, even if it's unofficial.  Hopefully, someone has a copy sitting on an old drive or on an old server somewhere.
