Help me control CX3-20f
Hi All
I have two devices CX3-20f . I can access manage from web site :
I changed IP for my laptop is 192.168.180.172/255.255.224.0 and plug RJ45 to Ethernet manager and I can not connection via Navisphere Storage System Initialization . Navisphere can not discovery my CX3 . I don't know what happent ? Can you show to me step by step connect to my devices .

Hi,
1) Make sure that the storage system is powered up, that each SP power light is steady green, and that no amber lights are blinking.
2) Make sure to use Ethernet switch or hub to connect your laptop with (BOTH) SPs management ports (SPA AND SPB) --- it seems that you connected your laptop to only one SP!
3) From your laptop, ping BOTH SPs Management Ports IP addresses and make sure they are alive/reachable.
4) Start the Navisphere Storage System Initialization wizard; the utility scans the subnet for storage systems (both SPA and SPB management ports MUST be connected on the same subnet as well as your laptop)
