CX4 Global Security is not initialized issue
CX4-120 login ip appear Global Security is not initialized ,select Yes ,create Global administrator,appear could not communicate with the master node,this system already completed initialization , have try mangement server restart

Are you adding this array to an existing Domain of other arrays? If so, then you need to Domain master to know about this array. If this is a stand-alone array then it should work.

This Storage have add Domain of other arrays , but now is disconnect ,so I need reconnect ? Otherwise unable use login account password

Are you saying that the master of the Domain is no longer connected to the Domain? If you disconnect the master from the Domain, you need to make another array the master before you do that.
If you have a stand alone array that is not part of a Domain, then log into the IP_Address_SPA/setup page - from the setup page you can delete the Domain information from the array - basically reset the Domain security, which will force the array to require a new login security setup when you try to log in again.
