Clariion CX4-120 SPB not accessible
Hello All,
I am having a strange situation with CX4-120. SPB states as unmanaged. SPB's IP address of management and service port is pingable or accessible. SPA communication is fully operational. Host communication between storage and server is ok. I powered down SPA and the host communication was ok through SPB
Does anyone has any idea?

Hi, Adi Dirbra.
I think management server in your sp_B was down.
So you cannot manage your storage via ip on sp_B.
Although management service is not running, block service is normally operate.
Some flare has issue regarding management service and many solutions are posted in KB.
But, I think the best way to clear this problem is restarting your spB.
