I have a problem with AX4 mgmt. Website management is not displayed. I see on array, that disc no 3 is faulty, but array contains 2 hot spares disc. Some idea?
When you login to Navisphere ..on the very top go to security, User management ..do you see user "Admin" and right next to it it should say Local ? Click on Admin and select modify ..change the password and then try using that to login to setup page.
On the AX4 - the first four disks are the OS (the Flare operating system). These are special disks in that they hold the operating system and when one of these fails the System Write Cache is disabled and performance will be quite a bit lower. When one of these disks fails the Hot Spare will not replace the failed disk. You must replace the failed disk as soon as possible to get the operating system back to full operation so that it can enabled the Write Cache again.

I hope the management connectivity is fine. What is the error message you are getting while trying to access the mgmt. console
