AX4-5i restarting all the time.

0,1,2,3 the discs were removed that the manual states that are the discs that contains the system image.

what should I do now so that she returns to work normally as before?

It appears your AX4 is in a rolling reboot status.

I would suggest.

Power off

Cold Reseat Vault Disks.

Power On.

If all the disks once powered on shows green LED then pray AX4 doesn't go back to rolling reboot. :)

Ankit, Good Morning!

I tried the solution presented but the error persists.

so I could identify discs 0,1,2 and 3 were replaced by new discs.

as I do to download a new system image in storage?

the disks were removed for the cleaning and storage should have been exchanged on the assembly time. It was removed from the grid discs and time to assemble not paid attention to what were the discs 0,1,2 and 3.

I am not EMC partner, there is no way for me to do this?

type a step by step how to proceed?

Huh? You mean to say Vault Drives were replaced? If that's the case then I'll need to know under which circumstances.

If you are partner to EMC then yeah sure you can reimage the SPs.

If the system disks were removed and not replaced in the right order, you're in a bad place.  You must return the system disks to the right order or re-image them.  If you didn't document which disk was in which slot, you'll need an EMC partner to assist you.  There are no customer-facing procedures that would help in this case.

You may try rearranging the Vault Disks, if that doesn't work out buy a Vault Pack if EMC still sells one for AX, that's the only thing you can do yourself. All other options will require support and painful troubleshooting path.
