Access to CX4-120

We have buy used CX4-120 and now I wanna connect to them.

I read a lot stuff here and on other site, but can't access to CX4-120.

I don't have Micro DB9 cable to connect on service port.

And I found that I connect on Service LAN port.

So I install WinXP, and setup IP for this PC:

IP: 128.221.1.249

Subnet: 255.255.255.248

Gateway: blank

DNS: blank

I took LAN cable and connect to Service LAN port and in IE I try:

http://128.221.1.250/setup (and I try http://128.221.1.251) but nothing happend.

Could please somebody help me to connect on CX4-120

Have you gone to the CX4 Support page on https://support.emc.com? There is a link under planning to Generate Customized CX4 Support Documentation that should help you.

The serial cable for the CX4 is a micro DB9 (array side male) to DB9 (PC side is a female) is a null modem cable. Array is female socket and PC is usually a male connector. Should be available on-line. The EMC part number is 038-003-084.
