Unable to connect bluetooth with the laptop

The following dell forum is explanatory and informational.I want to include that I am unable to reset my Bluetooth with the mac book air and also with dell inspiron and I am unable to connect blue tooth with my one plus phone too.I have followed out the manual configurations as suggested by the help desk support.Guide us what to do regarding the imessage on mac not working

to resolve this issue permanently.
