Touchpad and sound are not in dell chromebook 3120
I had changed (installed) a new window in my chromebook PC then i had found that touchpad and sound are not working at all despict the fact that i had updated all drivers and tried to install drivers by online driver pack installers of virious kinds but nothing changed and my PC tell me that the best drivers for touchpad and sound are already installed and dell support inform that the device update drivers automatically so i confused on this just since september i kept and left it useless
Please!any one help me to fix this problem

Hard reset your Chromebook
For most Chromebooks, follow the steps below:

I have macbook window like android winidow. But audio driver does not work can you tell me that how will be solve this problem?
