Not to enter in recovery mode in Dell chromebook 13 3380

I have chromeos 13 3380 and i think it is logged in or enrolled in Amazon customer account. Now i want to install fresh chrome os in this but failed to do this.

When i am trying to enter in recovery mode by pressing Esc+refresh/maximize screen  and then power on nothing happen only black screen. System has been powerwashed but still not working.

What can i do.
