Dell Chromebook 3120
My Chromebook won't shut off when I close the lid. Despite the settings. I have replaced the lid, screen, and keyboard assembly. Does anyone know why the machine won't shut down when I close the lid? It has been power washed also, so there are no custom settings.

The Chromebook goes into a low power sleep mode when the lid is closed. If you shut the Chromebook off by the software, it will start up when u open up the lid, just like pressing the power button. The Chromebook settings are integrated into the browser settings, so be signed into Chrome and not as a guest for the settings to be remembered.
