chromebook v Windows 10 s 11" laptops
has anyone any opinions on entry-level 11" windows laptops, I have a chrome book I use on the train. but I could do with a full version of office on it and the choice of installing windows software. The Chromebook is nothing more than a web browser, any apps are often worse than just browsing to the website directly
thinking of the HP stream or the Lenovo 1i type of thing

Make sure the hard drive on the HP or the Lenovo are not eMMC. If the eMMC hard drive goes bad, they are not replaceable.
Dell used to sell an 11" Inspiron laptop but I don't see any now.
If you want to stay with Dell in the 11", take a look at the Latitude 3120. They are better build quality than the Inspirons.
