Chromebook 3100 sleep mode and have to hard reset OFTEN
My school district is seeing a lot of this!!!1
I'm seeing lots of people having this issue dated back to 2019. Why, in 2022, am I still having this problem? BRand new chromebooks, fully charged, will not turn on. I am having to perform hard resets ALL DAY LONG!!!!! Some will power on when plugged into usb, but MOST require me to unplug the battery and hold the power in for 30 seconds. The chromebooks will then turn on their battery at 100% This is consuming far too much of my time. Do better, DELL!!!!

yes and replied there are too many to just send you one. They are all under warranty. Should I send you 500 Chromebooks back?
