CB 13 wont charge.

I have a growing stack of Chromebook 13 3380s that are failing to charge. The LED light doesn't even turn on when they are plugged in. I've tried multiple chargers and multiple batteries. The usbc port is part of the main board so I'm I'm out of ideas.
