When do archived C-Clips/Files counters appear in admin "pool capacity" or "report health" ?

After saving C-Clips/Files to a Centera node they do not immediately appear in the output of

admin Viewer command  "show pool capacity" and "show report health".

The will appear there later after some minutes or even hours.

A)

E.g. after archiving 2 C-CLips with 3 Files "show pool capacity" first shows:

and then after some minutes:

B)

Even worse: The output of "show report health c:\report.xml" does not show the same values

as shown in "show pool capacity". The health report values will be shown updated sometimes

after hours.

For some hours it will show (ALTHOUGH "show pool capacity" already shows 195208 C-Clips):

          usedObjectCount="391083"

          usedClipCount="195206"

          quota="104857600000"

          freeCapacity="82640891600"/>

And then suddenly:         

          usedCapacity="22216720904"

After what time are these buffers up to date?

Is there a possibility to "flush" the internal buffers so that the correct current values appear in show "pool capacity"

and so that the same value appear in "show report health" ?
