Centera Viewer failing to run scripts.
Wondering if there is any word on the CV issue as described by KB503487 which states - Root Certificate in CV has expired so even if your CV is up to date all scripts within CV will give a NO_EXTRACT error.
I am running CV version - 4.3 Build 4.3.2347 and get the same issue with ServiceExt.jar versions 2352, 2356 and 2357.
I was only ever able to run scripts successfully once on a cluster running 4.3, but it fails every time on clusters running 4.1.x and 4.2.x
Thanks,
Steven.

Hi,
Same issue here, nearly 2 years after your description.
For now I cant seem to find a reason and information about this issue.
I am running version 4_3_patch_6_build_294, ServiceExt.jar is updated and root certificate updated but still this issue keep showing up and prevent some actions like PXE deployment utility or CDoctor deployment to name a few.
looks like it depends on the running version of C* on cluster... because somehow randomly, everything works fine and the NO_EXTRACT issue don't come into play at all. Of course I have followed Kb503847. but the NO_EXTRACT issue keep coming. I was suspecting On Laptop firewall but an analysis of FW logs did not show anything.
out of clues for now.
