VNX5300 POOL offline.

After the move, the VNX5300 does not raise the pool. The status of the pool offline.
When you try to check the result, you get:
write cache disabled
d12 is faulted / removed
How can I return a pool?

Looking at your output, this is a pool used by the VNX datamover for its filesystems.  As Rainer points out, you need to look to see which drive is showing faulted/removed.  In your output above, it's complaining about Celerra disk "d12".  This is not a physical disk; it's the logical disk (as the datamover sees it), so you need to find out what physical disk is the culprit.

Let us know if that helps!

That's right, D12 is a logical volume

All the disks in the problem pool are in the OK status.

There is a disk number 3 in the deleted state, but it does not belong to any array.

well - there has to be a reason the pool went offline and the write cache got disabled

AFAIK you cannot fix that yourself and need customer service help
forum posts wont fix that
