NS-120 Re-IP & Unisphere Issues

We have a NS-120. The IP addresses of control station & storage processors have changed to a new subnet. The Control Station was modified via the Control Station GUI (NAS code 6.0.X). The Storage Processors were modified via the Management Serverr. After logging into Unisphere (control station IP), it hangs at "Starting Services" indefinitely. I've tried restarting management server on both SP's as well as rebooting the Control Station. I've also tried destroying the security & domain information on management servers. This array is going to be rebuilt from ground up so no legacy config is needed. Any ideas where to go from here?
