TCO / ROI calculation sheet for Blade Servers Vs Rack Servers
Hi there,
Greetings & Wishes...
one of my customer is using 4 Nos of PE 2950 and they are nearing 3 Years. customer intend to add 2 More Servers immediately and they also have a plan to consolidate their 2 of the DC nto 1. the total No of Servers will be 6 currently which will grow to 10 - 12 Nos in next 6 - 8 Months Time. interestingly their application can not be virtualised.
I am trying to pitch in with M 1000e Blade Chassis, though I know for sure this will help them to reduce Opex, now I need to substantiate my claim with the backing data.
Please help me with the comparison of Blade Servers vs Rack Servers interms of techncial / operations / commercial advantages
