OS CAN'T FIND HARD DRIVE ON DELL POWER EDGE R320 BLADE SERVER

Hello everyone,

i just bought a brandnew dell power edge r320 blade server comes with open mange system management tool and documentation cd. i tried running windows server 2008 r2 on it but the installation files cant find hard drive. can anyone help me solve this problem since am from sierra leone where we don't have a dell technical center.

any help will be highly welcomed
