M620 I/O CARDS

Hello,

We have a client and he would like to purchase two new M620 blade servers with the following configuration:
Fabric A - 57810S Broadcom NDC
Fabric B - 57810S Broadcom NIC
Fabric C - Qlogic QME2572

Until then, he has the following configuration of I/O Modules:
Fabric A - PowerConnect M6220 x2
Fabric B - PowerConnect M6220 x2
Fabric C - Brocade M5424 x2

Question: The new M620 blades are compatible with the current configuration of the I/O Modules?

The following post by DELL-Kevin Ho was suggested as an answer to "Re: M620 I/O CARDS":

Quick answer - YES, the M620's are compatible with your current I/O Module configuration.

Long answer - the Broadcom network adapters you have installed are 10GbE but they will work with the 1GbE switches you have in Fabric A and B.  The Qlogic HBA you have will work as long as you have a Fibre I/O module in Fabric C.  Your listing of current I/O module configurations listed a Qlogic HBA, so assuming it's actually a fibre I/O module, you should be fine.

I think I messed something up when I answered previously, so I'll try again.
