I have done a full power off. and disconnected the power cable for an hour. Now the error with Backplane is not showing and shows error with HDD and VD. Kindly find screenshot below.
It looks like 2 disks are in foreign configuration. Just to confirm, you have not removed the drive during the troubleshooting you have done just now?
Please review the drive information and import foreign (do not clear foreign), if you have confirmed all configuration are the same: https://dell.to/3UvDAYb
I have replaced the 2 HDDs and initialized. And added in Failover cluster too. But there is no volumes showing while i try to add the new disk to Cluster Shared volume. Please can you help to create a csvfs volume.
Install Windows on all blades, join a domain, and patch them (including drivers from Dell’s site)
Add the Hyper-V and Cluster role
Create a virtual switch with the exact same name on both servers
Add MPIO feature
Add SAS support for MPIO
In Failover Cluster Manager, create a new cluster with both nodes
In Failover Cluster Manager, add the shared storage disks to the cluster
In Failover Cluster Manager, select one or more disks that are assigned to Available Storage, right-click the selection, and then select Add to Cluster Shared Volumes.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. The internal PERC doesn't seem to be recognized properly. Could you please power off the system and try reseating it?

Hi @sanair,
It looks like in Foreign view, both the disk are in Failed status. Could you expand the disk view to see what is the remaining status shown?
Also, you might need to review CMC logs to check further on the issue.

Hi, sorry but I don't think this will work for failed HDDs. The drives appear to be failed.

Hi.
Yes , both disk are showing as failed. So can the disks be made online by clearing Foreign configuration and importing.

Hi, Dell VRTX is not my specialty or creating a CSVFS volume. But when I researched how to do it, I found this thread and I made a conclusion as follows. Solved: VRTX Cluster and CSV confirmation (Shared storage operation) - Dell Community
