connect between DELL M1000e with cisco N5K

I have DELL M1000e (2vsys) and 2 switch cisco N5K, use port-channel( dell te0/49-50 <-> cisco e1/37-40)

with vsys-1 & N5K-1, it working normal

but with vsys-2  & N5K-2, port status up but protocol down

when I show port channel on DELL, it have only member te 0/49
