CMC Group Management Issue - Access Denied

I have 2 new M1000e's full of M620's and am having an issue with grouping the two chassis's.  I have had no issues with doing this on our other chassis's.  The username/password are correct.  The logs show that it has logged in an successfully joined the group, but then it pops up an error saying "access denied".  In the grouping page, it shows the 2nd chassis as part of the group, but access is denied to any information.
