XPS 15 9560 multiple faults

Since purchasing this laptop I have been beset by problems , not helped by the unuser frendly support process. i have spent as much as 7 hours at a time with the chatline repeating the same story over and over to different staff. the whole process is unwieldy and ineffective .

Initially it was issues with the SD card slot . eventually I accepted that I would use an adaptor for sd cards .

Then there was a problem with the Nvidia and blue screen FATAL errors . I spent so much time revolving helplessly between unhelpful advisors and was conscious that time on my computer service contract was running out in April this year . I was assured that the problem would be solved even if it lasted beyond the expiry of the contract .
When all else failed and I lost Windows completely a new hard drive and motherboard were put in after much delay and procrastination on the advisor's part , whose contact was sporadic and infrequent .

The problem remained but with the expiry of the service contract I am unable to resolve this preexisting issue .

In the process of checking over the system information I note that the new windows was set up as32 bit . ( Why!) and since the motherboard was replaced  the fans have  been working overtime and is very noisy . The charging parts get very hot . I have adjusted settings so it is a little quieter but is obviously not right .

I dont consider that Dell has fulfilled its obligation to me in not fixing the preexisting fault .
