trigger a Backup Exec 15 job from an ADMe job?

ADMe, according to documentation, is able to run Backup Exec bemcmd commands to execute a predefined Backup Exec job to move an Avamar restored backup to tape.  But later versions of Backup Exec such as  BE 15 no longer use the bemcmd command but instead use PowerShell commands.  ADMe documentation says this is supported but it's not clear what the atoclient.cfg field 12 entry would look like.  Using the BE jobid name results in an error "an unsupported Backup Exec parameter has been specified".

Does anyone have an example of how to trigger a BE 15 job from ADMe running on the utility node?
