Storage consumption of Instant Access?

However, I would like to clarify the details:

1. does the size of copy of VM image in the temporary NFS share same as the original backup image?

2. does the deletion (or migration) of the copy of VM image (in the temporary NFS share) affect the original backup image?

does anyone know the answer ?
