Dell Backup Infra event monitoring with ServiceNow.

Hi,

I am looking for guideline to implement event monitoring using ServiceNow for Dell backup environment which includes Avamar, DD etc devices. I am fine if any generic doc also available which provide guidelines for monitoring setup for Dell backup environment.
