BMR problem with restore

Hi

I have problem with Restore Windows 7 PC using BMR tool . When the Recovery process start there is an error:

Error retrieving the list of Critical Volume Results:

Restore results file not found: X:\Program Files\avs\var\volume_completion_status.xml

An error occurred while backing up the log files:

Backup logs error.completed with only open file error (536870922)

Can anyone help with resolve this issue ?
