Avamar : Unable to use my service Tag in the support.

Hey, 

Since this morning i got a new error in Avamar. 

I want to open a case in the Dell support but my service tag is not valid. 

How to get the right one ? 

Can i use another method to join the support ? 

Last time i did open a case with another service tag and then tell the support technician that i need help for Avamar. The technician then asked for the service tag which has worked fine... 

Any tips ? Can Dell help me ? or did anyone here have experienced the same problem ?

I have had luck using the site id for the installation or you can try the system ID for the Avamar which you should be able to get by SSH into the Avamar instance and typing mccli server show-prop
