Avamar SQL database full backup technical details
I am trying to find out the technical details of how Avamar does a SQL database backup. I am especially asking about a full database backup where the first backup after a database is restored takes much longer than any full backup afterwards so it obviously cannot be backing up the same amount of data.
I have only found this post Avamar - Full Backup Understanding where it explains the same question but for filesystem backups done by Avamar.
Can anybody explain exactly what happens when Avamar does the first SQL database full backup and then every full backup taken after that please?

Thanks for the reply and I will go through the user guide you sent. I have looked at similar user guides before though and the questions I have are not just about how to use Avamar for SQL database backups but also what actually happens behind the scenes when a database backup is done by Avamar. I haven't been able to find anywhere that actually explains that yet.
