Avamar 19.9 - Configuration smtp

Hi all,
i have a problem with the configuration of smtp parameters in "mcserver.xml" file.
Setting the following parameters:

i get the error "authentication failed".
Mail address and password are correct. Provider use port 25 with authentication without ssl.
It uses also port 465 with authentication and ssl but i get error for "timeout" with following parameters:

what am I doing wrong?
