Sorry for answering a slightly older thread, but the answers for these questions (and the reference material) is in the training documentation when you buy the Implementation Engineer training course on the Dell education portal.
For the first question, the answer is relicense the Avamar system (as the MAC Address of the Utility Node has changed). The second one: nodedb add node, start.nodes, avamaint config. There are a lot more commands besides those, but that is the correct order here. Those commands are also in the documents generated by SolVe for certified Avamar Implementation Engineers.
