About reset CBT wan

In Veeam ,there 's an option to reset CBT like this:"Rest CBT on each Active Full backup automatically" .

I want to know is there a likely option in AVAMAR? 

If I want to use both (Veeam & AVAMAR) to backup my VMs ,will this option cause conflict between these two backup systems?
