Install failed internal error 500

I have VRA/VRO 8.7 setup.  trying to add the plugin to VRO control center.

once I upload and and click the install button, it starts installing, then I get a internal error 500.

powermax plugin version:  o11nplugin-dellemc-powermax-1.2.5.165.vmoapp

I was able to resolve this on my own.

Solution:  Seemed uploading over the WAN (which was fast), still caused enough of a delay that the EULA didnt display and caused the original issue.  instead of uploading from my laptop (over the WAN), i logged into a server that was in the same datacenter as VRO and the upload and install worked fine.

full error message in control center is:

.main-container { display: flex } body { margin: 0px; height:100%; } .text-container { flex-grow: 1; display: flex; justify-content: center; align-items: center; } .status-message { font-family: "Metropolis-Medium", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 36px; color: #9A9A9A; letter-spacing: 0; text-align: center; } .status-code { font-family: "Metropolis-Light", "Helvetica", sans-serif; font-size: 191px; color: #9A9A9A; letter-spacing: 0; text-align: center; } .split { border: 1px solid #979797 }

Some additional info I was able to collect.  I built out a VRA 8.7 environment in a lab and was able to install the pmax plugin without any issues.

One thing we noticed, is that the 1st step in the installation comes up with a EULA page that you have to accept, this page doesn’t appear for me in our environment, where we're getting the error.
