Geodrive Query
Hello, I have a question/technicial issue with Geodrive 1.0 SP2. I have two clients connected to the same Geodrive subtenant using the same ID and key. If I create a file on client "A" the file correctly uploads to the ATMOS and stubs it as I would expect.
On client "B" the file does not appear until I either reboot the machine or manually disconnect the geodrive and recreate it. My question I suppose is that is this correct behaviour? I have a development team wanting to use GEOdrive in conjunction with a Image archiving solution but if the data doesnt "refresh" on a regular basis without forcing it then it could potentially be an issue. The same is true of file deletions

You do not see files in your GeoDrive that were uploaded to the Cloud via another GeoDrive, even after waiting an extended time period.
The GeoDrive folder has not refreshed.
Close the GeoDrive folder and reopen it.
The default update time is set too high.
Check the advanced settings (refer toTable 4 on page 16).
The how long to wait before checking the cloud for updated content setting may need to be set to a lower time period (by default it is 1 day).
