m17 R4, replace LCD complete assembly with m17 R3 LCD assembly?

Can I replace the LCD screen assembly on my Alienware m17 R4 with an LCD screen assembly from the m17 R3?

The part number for my Alienware m17 R4 is XYN6F, while the Alienware m17 R3 part number is XYNCF. Both screens are 144Hz FHD displays.
