m15 R1, installation media for Windows 10

Dears,
I need your advice to clear one doubt, can I create Windows 10 installation media directly downloading from the Windows website, or should I create it from the Old windows version. Also, can I use the same Media drive to reinstall fresh windows on multiple systems or do these need to be individual/separate (created from the installed windows).

Use Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool to download and create Windows installer on a USB flash drive.
You may do that from any computer, it doesn’t need to be the computer on which you will perform the clean install. You may use that same installer flash drive on as many computers as you like.

Can I do a clean install on Windows 11 though my system has Windows 10 activated on it, or do I need to upgrade to Windows 11 after installing Windows 10 first.

If Windows 10 is activated, you may perform a clean install of Windows 11, or do the "in-place" upgrade. Several options are outlined in this article.
