LightFX issues, Mute, lighting

Good morning,

for about a week now, I am having issues that I think is link to Alienware Command Center.

When I boot the computer, I only see the F2, F12, Right Windows key that are lit up. If I launch Alienware CC, then the keyboard will get it's backlit it was supposed too have.

The mute and Mic Off keys are not doing anything when I press them. 

Naturally, I tried to do a fresh re-install of the whole system. Yeah, going all in. But still the same issue. 

Everything is up to date, ACC 6.2.7.0
