How to fix Unable to install Dell Update Package issue
Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 installed on 18/10/2022 stops SupportAssist installation of Dell Update Package. Drivers & Downloads unable to install Dell Update Package. In this example, it is Dell Alienware Command Center Application - Full Installer. Change 'Choose where to get application option' reinstates ability to install Dell Update Package.

Well I will suggest to try a good driver updater software if you are not able to updated the driver for the official site or by manually way.
You can try a good driver updater software like Advanced driver updater or driver easy are two good option to try to updated your driver

If the application package is not a MS-Verified application, select Install anyway. Dell Update Package (AWCC update 5.5.52.0, A00) and OCCT 12.1.8 (OverClock Checking Tool) are not MS-Verified applications.
